Lou Ruesing, Managing Partner
Lou Ruesing is the Managing Partner of RMG NIL Sports Agency and a former All-American quarterback at Vermilion Community College. A proven leader with a Master’s in Special Education/Cross Categorical and Education Administration, Lou combines elite athletic experience with a strategic approach to student-athlete development.

Jason Andersen, Partner
Jason Andersen is a former NFL player and experienced football coach with a career spanning the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. He played in the NFL for the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and Cleveland Browns, gaining extensive knowledge of offensive line play and team leadership.

After his playing career, Andersen transitioned to coaching, developing players and building strong offensive units across college and high school programs. He currently coaches at Lehi High School in Utah, helping prepare the next generation for collegiate football.
Football runs in the Andersen family. Jason is the father of three sons who have all competed at the FBS level, including a current starting right tackle at NC State, reflecting his lifelong dedication to the sport and player development.

Dave Watson, Athlete Evaluation and Player Development Consultant
Dave Watson is a performance strategist and football development leader with more than 24 years of experience driving measurable results across professional, collegiate, and elite high-school programs. He has held key roles with premier organizations including USC, Michigan State, EXOS Human Performance, the Elite 11, and nationally recognized high-school programs.

Watson’s expertise spans talent identification, recruiting strategy, player development, program optimization, and three-phase coaching across offense, defense, and special teams. Over the course of his career, he has evaluated, recruited, coached, and developed hundreds of athletes who have gone on to become NFL Draft selections and undrafted free agents. His teams have captured championships at multiple levels while consistently raising standards of performance, preparation, and accountability.
As Athlete Evaluation & Player Development Consultant, Watson integrates RushRMG’s strategic and data-driven evaluation framework with a people-first development philosophy. He brings together the analytical rigor of a consultant with the competitive intensity of a coach, helping organizations refine processes, strengthen culture, and build sustainable competitive advantages for athletes, programs, and stakeholders.
