For more than 30 years, Rush has worked with student-athletes and families nationwide, helping them turn talent into opportunity and long-term success. He founded Rush Management Group to guide athletes and their families through the evolving world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities with integrity and strategy. 

Rush believes NIL should empower athletes and their families—not exploit them—and is committed to helping every athlete he represents build both a powerful brand and a secure future.

A lifelong athlete, Brenay has participated in basketball, volleyball, flag football, and softball and continues to compete in women’s basketball and football leagues. Her experience as an athlete gives her an understanding of the dedication, commitment, and support required both on and off the field.

In 2025, Brenay graduated in Medical Coding and is currently pursuing certifications in Holistic Nutrition. She is passionate about wellness and enjoys finding ways to combine her professional experience and desire to help others make a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

At RMG, Lou specializes in guiding athletes through every stage of their academic journey—ensuring seamless class scheduling, maximizing transferable credits, restoring eligibility, and creating clear, results-driven paths to graduation. His hands-on approach empowers student-athletes to stay eligible, perform at their highest level, and capitalize on NIL opportunities.

Known for building trust and delivering results, Lou is passionate about positioning athletes for success beyond the game—equipping them with the academic foundation, college/career readiness, and life skills needed to thrive beyond the game.

After his playing career, Andersen transitioned to coaching, developing players and building strong offensive units across college and high school programs. He currently coaches at Lehi High School in Utah, helping prepare the next generation for collegiate football.

Football runs in the Andersen family. Jason is the father of three sons who have all competed at the FBS level, including a current starting right tackle at NC State, reflecting his lifelong dedication to the sport and player development.

Watson’s expertise spans talent identification, recruiting strategy, player development, program optimization, and three-phase coaching across offense, defense, and special teams. Over the course of his career, he has evaluated, recruited, coached, and developed hundreds of athletes who have gone on to become NFL Draft selections and undrafted free agents. His teams have captured championships at multiple levels while consistently raising standards of performance, preparation, and accountability.

As Athlete Evaluation & Player Development Consultant, Watson integrates RushRMG’s strategic and data-driven evaluation framework with a people-first development philosophy. He brings together the analytical rigor of a consultant with the competitive intensity of a coach, helping organizations refine processes, strengthen culture, and build sustainable competitive advantages for athletes, programs, and stakeholders.

A former collegiate rugby player, Collin knows the impact athletics can have in opening life-changing educational and career pathways. He volunteers with the local high school’s football program and has helped connect many players with opportunities to continue pursuing their dreams of playing at the next level.

Collin and his wife are proud parents of a current college athlete as well as a little leaguer who plans on being drafted by the New York Yankees in about 10 years.
